During the month of October 2025, Alim Foundation continued its mission to support underprivileged families struggling with their daily needs.

1. Ration Support Program 

• During the month of October 2025, Alim Foundation continued its core activity of providing monthly ration bags to deserving families.
• A total of 25 families received complete ration packages this month — showing a steady increase in the number of families being supported compared to the previous month.
• The Foundation also received several new applications from needy households requesting inclusion in the monthly ration program, reflecting the growing demand for assistance due to rising living costs.
• All new applications are currently under review and field verification.

2. Dowry Support for Deserving Girls 

• In continuation of our welfare initiatives, the Foundation provided dowry items to Four deserving girls this month, helping them begin their new lives with dignity.
• This support aims to reduce the financial burden on low-income families at the time of marriage and promote social stability within vulnerable communities.

3. Expansion Towards Education and Medical Support 

• The Foundation has started planning for educational and medical assistance programs in response to the increasing number of requests from underprivileged families.
• Several applications for educational fee support and medical treatment assistance have been received and are currently being evaluated.
• The aim is to launch dedicated support in these two new areas by the end of the year, subject to available resources and donor contributions.

4. Observations and Challenges 

• The number of beneficiaries continues to grow each month, highlighting the importance of sustaining donor engagement.
• Rising prices of basic commodities have increased the cost of ration support per family.
• There is an urgent need for additional funding to extend assistance to pending cases under both the education and medical support programs.

5. Way Forward

• Continue providing ration support to existing families while expanding outreach to newly verified applicants.
• Strengthen donor communication to sustain and grow monthly contributions.
• Begin disbursement of initial educational and medical support funds in November, as part of the Foundation’s extended welfare activities.
