Despite being physically challenged, ZOHRA carries a strong determination to support her family with dignity. Living in difficult circumstances, she refused to let her disability define her limits. From a young age, she learned stitching and developed excellent tailoring skills, dreaming of one day earning an income through her own efforts.
However, the lack of a sewing machine stood between her skills and her livelihood. With great hope, she approached the Foundation and shared her desire—not for charity, but for an opportunity to work and contribute to her family’s needs.
Understanding her determination and potential, the Foundation provided her with a sewing machine as requested. This simple yet powerful support has transformed her life. She has now started stitching clothes from home, generating income, regaining confidence, and becoming a source of support for her family.
Her journey is a true example of how empowerment, not dependency, creates lasting change. With the right support at the right time, she is stitching a future filled with self-reliance and hope.
