During January 2026, Alim Foundation successfully continued its monthly ration support program for deserving families.

• Ration bags containing essential food items were distributed to verified zakat recipients, including widows, daily wage earners, handicap and low-income families.
• Field staff conducted home visits and verification to ensure transparency and proper identification of beneficiaries.
• Many recipient families had limited or fixed incomes, making it difficult to manage household expenses, especially those living in rented accommodations.

The ration support helped families meet their basic kitchen needs and provided relief from rising inflation and food prices.
